Summer reading challenge
Make summer reading fun and financially rewarding for your child! LVECU’s reading challenge is the perfect way to build lifelong reading habits—while helping kids grow their savings.
It’s easy:
Your child can earn $15 to $30 deposited directly into their LVECU regular share savings account just for reading!
Have your child read the required number of pages for their grade level.
Download and complete the Summer Reading Form, including your signature.
Submit the form by email to marketing@lvecu.org or drop it off at any LVECU location by August 31, 2026.
Once we receive and verify the completed form, we’ll deposit the reading reward into your child’s account!

Open to LVECU members in KDG through 12th grade. Reading requirements must be met to receive funds and are limited to one deposit per member (each child must have their own account). All forms are due by August 31, 2026.
