Rely on emergency roadside assistance!

As an eligible LVECU cardholder, you have access to Roadside Dispatch®, a pay-per-use roadside assistance program. Simply call 1(800) 847-2869, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Roadside Dispatch will ask you where you are, what the problem is and will remain on the phone while arranging a dispatch to a reliable tow operator or locksmith. You pay a set fee per service call. No membership is required and you don’t need to pre-enroll. No annual dues. No limit on usage.

Text Alerts

Our alerts about suspicious activity will NEVER include clickable links. Valid notifications will provide details about the transaction and ask you to reply with ‘yes’, no’, ‘help’, or ‘stop’.

 

Sender Identification

Texts will always come from a 5-digit number, not a 10-digit number.

 

Automated Calls

If you confirm a fraudulent transaction during an automated call, you will be transferred to an agent who will verify your identity. If you're uncertain about the call, hang up and call us directly.

 

PIN Security

We will NEVER ask for your PIN. Do not share it and hang up if asked. Fraudsters may pose as our representatives to request your PIN under false pretenses.

 

Monitor Your Account

Regularly check your account for suspicious activity, especially after receiving unexpected calls or texts. If you see anything unusual, contact LVECU immediately.
