There's no cost to sign up and all you need is a credit union Share Draft/Checking account. Simply e-mail or call the credit union.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Now you can conveniently activate your LVECU debit card or change your pin.

New Card Activation:

If you receive a new debit card in the mail, call the IVR phone number to activate the card and select a PIN.

Making changes to your current card:

You can change your PIN by calling the IVR Number or by going to an ATM after the card has been activated.
